Following a successful career in the criminal justice sector, specialising in operational and project delivery, Rhona joined HMICS in 2019. She leads the business and inspection support team and is responsible for driving improvement projects aimed at enhancing HMICS efficiency to effectively scrutinise Police Scotland and the Scottish Police Authority. She co-ordinates our scrutiny programme and ensures delivery of inspections is on time and within budget, demonstrating her commitment to improvement and service excellence.
