Complaints about Biometrics
Should your complaint relate to your biometric data (image, fingerprints, DNA) being held by Police Scotland, the Scottish Police Authority, or the Police Investigations and Review Commissioner because you have been arrested, or where your biometrics data has been taken because you are a victim, suspect, or witness, you can complain to the Scottish Biometrics Commissioner.
