Since the publication of our previous update in December 2022, HMICS has continued to progress the scrutiny plan, with the publication of a number of inspection reports, both by the inspectorate as single agency publications, and increasingly with other scrutiny partners in recognition of the multifaceted challenges being managed by those organisations who seek to deliver an optimal public service.
